I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, boundaries, and relationship challenges. I also offer faith-based counseling for clients who want their faith thoughtfully incorporated into our work together. My goal is to help you feel truly heard while finding clarity, healing, and hope along the way.

With a background as a combat medic and paramedic, he brings real-world experience to his work as a therapist—grounded, honest, and no-nonsense. David helps clients navigate trauma, burnout, anxiety, and grief with practical tools and real support, so they can feel more in control of their lives again.
